  • Payment Information: If you book a session or purchase a program, your payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our website servers.

  • Fullscript: We have a practitioner dispensary partnership with Fullscript, a professional supplement platform. When you click through to our Fullscript dispensary link, you will be directed to Fullscript's platform, and Fullscript's own privacy policy and data practices will apply. We may earn a commission or benefit from purchases made through this link. We encourage you to review Fullscript's Privacy Policy before making a purchase.

  • YouTube: We maintain a YouTube channel for educational wellness content. Links to our YouTube channel are provided on our Site. YouTube (operated by Google) has its own data collection and privacy practices, which apply when you visit YouTube.

  • Instagram: We maintain an Instagram account (@EquaViaIntegrativeWellness) for educational content and marketing purposes. Our Instagram profile is linked on our Site. Instagram (operated by Meta) has its own data collection and privacy practices, which apply when you visit or interact with our Instagram account. We do not collect or store any personal information through Instagram directly, but please be aware that Instagram may collect data about your interactions with our content in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Policy.

When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.
