The Journey That Inspired EquaVia Integrative Wellness

Hi!  I’m Megan EquaVia Integrative Wellness was born from my own healing journey. For years, I struggled with declining health and chronic symptoms.  I searched for answers, seeing doctor after doctor, but instead of clarity, I was met with more confusion and temporary fixes that never truly addressed what was going on in my body.  Receiving an autoimmune diagnosis finally gave a name to what I was experiencing, but it didn’t immediately bring healing. What it did do was open a door, a realization that I needed to become an active participant in my own healing. Slowly, I began to listen to my body in a new way. I started to understand that healing isn’t just about treating symptoms, it’s about nurturing the whole person.  It is about listening to what the body, mind and soul are asking for.  Through nourishing foods, nervous system regulation, gut healing, stress management, yoga, emotional/inner work, energy healing and sound therapy, I began to rebuild a relationship with my body rooted in trust, compassion, and care.  Little by little, I found my way back to wellness. This journey changed me. It showed me how much wisdom the body holds and how often we’re simply not given the right tools, persepective or support to access it. I realized that so many people are walking a similar path, feeling unwell, overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure where to turn. That’s why I created EquaVia Integrative Wellness.  My intention is to offer a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. A space where healing and wellness feels approachable, not overwhelming, and where you are guided with compassion. I truly believe your body is not working against you, it’s communicating with you. And when given the right support, it has an incredible capacity to heal and thrive. You deserve to feel well. You deserve to feel at home in your body.  Wherever you are on your journey, you don't have to walk it alone. It would be an honor to support you.
